Indrek Romet, U16M Lakers player in 2006, recently participated in the UEFA U17
Championship that was held in Estonia from October 21st to
October 26th. Indrek was a startaing midfielder for
the Estonian team. Estonia ended up in third place in their pool
that included Portugal, England & Malta. |

Ieva Kibirkstis from the
Lakers U16F is presently participating to the UEFA Female Championship
for the under 17 years old players. She is representing the
Lutuanian National Team. The Championship is presently held in
Switzerland from September 5th to November 10th. |

2007 AAA SAPUTO CUP:
Six Lakers teams out of seven will participate in the 2007 AAA Saputo Cup Semi-finals that will be held in Laval September 1st 2007.
The participating teams are: U14M - U16F - U16M - U18F - U18M & Senior M.
The finals will also be held in Laval September 2nd 2007.

CANADIAN CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS
Congratulations to Lakers players selected for the Quebec teams. The
Canadian Club Championships will be held from July 24 to July 29 in Longueuil
for the girls and in Regina (Saskatchewan) for the boys.

Congratulations
To all our Lakers teams that have participated in the 2006 Edition of the SAPUTO
AAA and mostly to our M18AAA Blue, F18AAA, M16AAA & F16AAA who have toughed it
out this past weekend through good and bad weather.
We are please to announce that David Simon's M18AAA will be representing both
LAC ST-LOUIS LAKERS and QUEBEC at the CANADIAN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP in Laval
this coming October. We must go and support our remaining hopefuls at next
week's matchs de barrage: M14AAA, M16AAA and F16AAA.
These games will also be held in Laval and the schedule should be posted shortly
on the FSQ's website.
