GRADES, LEVELS AND EVALUATIONS

Grades refers to accreditations from Federation, CSA or FIFA. Below is the structure of grades recognized. As per Provincial regulations, upgrading from grade 3 to 2 will require three assessments at the appropriate match level and must be conducted within two years of course completion. Assessment for this purpose may only be requested after a successful completion of the upgrade course.  Upgrading also requires successfully passing 3 Cooper's tests. Levels :
Refers to the level of soccer at which a referee may officiate in the Lac St-Louis Region. All upgrades require two evaluations at a higher level than that currently held. Depending on the outcome, a third evaluation may be requested by the Assessments & Evaluations Sub-Committee. Upgrades other than to Level A require a minimum passing mark of  80%.
