The objective of this circular is to review some of the
misconceptions heard much too frequently during a soccer game.
Hopefully, it will help to improve the fluidity of the game and contribute
to a better understanding of the FIFA Laws. Needless to say, we hope
that, in the best interest of the game and of fair play, it will contribute
to a more harmonious relationship among players, coaches and referees
