Committee Composition
The Vice-President Executive (Regional Board ) is mandated by the Board to form ad hoc appeals committees as needed. Members of these committees must not be in conflict of interest.

Jurisdiction
These committees shall hear appeals involving decisions handed down by the Regional Leagues and League Protest Committees.

Procedure
- Application for appeal shall be made by registered mail to the Regional Administrator within five (5) working days after receipt of the decision.
- A copy of the appeal shall be forwarded by the appellant to the opposing team and the league and proof of expedition shall be included in the application for appeal.
- The opposing team and the league may reply within five (5) working days stating reasons why the appeal should not be heard.
- The application for appeal shall contain:
- Copy of the decision sought to be appealed.
- A concise statement of facts and reasons why decision is alleged to be wrong.
- Proof of notice of appeal to opposing party
- A fee of $250 (as established by the Board of Directors) less an administration fee of $30.

Hearings
- Should the application for appeal be deemed receivable (by the Vice-President Executive) a hearing shall be convened to which all concerned parties shall be convened.
- The date for the hearing shall be set within seven (7) working days following receipt of the application.

Decision
- The appeals Committee may support or nullify a decision under appeal or replace the decision by one deemed more appropriate and just.
- Notice of the decision shall be sent in writing to all parties within five (5) working days of the hearing.
- Decisions rendered by the Regional Appeals Committee may be appealed to the Appeals committee of the F.S.Q.
